This contract was for our associated development company Kilpark Properties Limited. The site was acquired during 2012 with an existing single dwelling on the plot. We obtained planning consent from Waverley to demolish the house and garage and construct four high quality modern semi-detached homes with underground parking, situated in a private gated woodland setting. These contemporary designed homes feature full height glazed facades and double height spaces. This development is currently being marketed for sale and the show house has recently been entered for the London Evening Standard New Home Awards for the best new out of London home. These houses have been carved into the hillside with accommodation arranged over four storeys. Undercroft car parking is located at lower ground level via secure automated gates. There are private entrances to the houses at this level to access the ground floor via a solid douglas fir staircase.
